Our facility is ADA Accessible. Please contact our front office to arrange accommodations and/or to learn more.

• If you have lost a personal item while attending an event at CaroMont Health Park, please contact the Gastonia Ghost Peppers at 980-414-2255.

• During an event, patrons should visit the Team Store. At the end of an event, patrons should contact The Gastonia Ghost Peppers

• The Gastonia Ghost Peppers assumes no responsibility for lost items.

For Gastonia Ghost Peppers Club events, children UNDER three (3) years old are admitted free of charge, provided they is on a parent or guardian’s lap.

First Aid Office is located on the Main Concourse near the Main Entrance (Behind the 113 Concession Stand)

All patrons & bags are subject search upon entry into the stadium.

Gastonia Ghost Peppers will open gates 1 hour prior to the first pitch. (Subject to change)

• Monday – Friday (non -event days): Box Office is open from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• During Gastonia Baseball game days: Box Office is open 3 hours prior to the first pitch.

Season Ticket Members can exchange tickets within 48 hours of the scheduled game time.

Tickets will be honored for the make-up/rescheduled game. Please present the original ticket at the Box Office to redeem for the rescheduled game.

There is no re-entry into the CaroMont Health Park once you leave the building.

• Signs are permitted into the stadium. Signs can not be larger than poster size (2’x’3) and cannot obstruct the view of other patrons.
• All signs are subject to be checked to ensure that the signs are family friendly.
• No advertising is permitted.

CaroMont Health Park is a non-smoking facility. There is not smoking permitted inside the stadium.

CaroMont Health Park is a cashless facility.

CaroMont Health Park promotes a family friendly atmosphere. Please help us keep a fun and safe environment by showing good sportsmanship and responsible behavior.

• No smoking or E-Cigarette use inside the ballpark
• Foul, abusive language, or obscene gestures will not be tolerated
• Guests interfering with the process of the game or event or going onto the field will be ejected and subject to arrest
• Shirts and shoes required at all times
• Vehicle owners and drivers assume all risk for damage to vehicles due to flying ball hazards
• No outside food/beverages allowed, please dispose of prior to entering the ballpark
• No umbrellas allowed inside the park
• No large bags allowed. Small personal bags, backpacks, and diaper bags are subject to be searched
• This is a no conceal and carry facility, please return firearms to your vehicle

Double header games will always be played back-to-back with approximately 30 minutes between each game. Fans are encouraged to come to the first game and stay through the second.
